Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SparkNet IT Solution platform or commissioning custom software, website development, or design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payment in accordance with the project contract, 100% of custom source code, design master files (Figma), database schemas, and proprietary IP are transferred irrevocably to the client. SparkNet reserves no perpetual ownership claims over bespoke client IP.
3. Sprint Delivery & Milestones
Project milestones are executed in agile sprints with staging previews provided for client review. Milestone sign-offs and subsequent sprint activations require prompt stakeholder feedback to preserve timeline commitments.
4. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
All turnkey custom software and website deliverables include a complimentary 30-day post-launch bug warranty covering any deviations from the agreed technical scope. Extended maintenance is governed under dedicated SLA contracts.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
Commercial contracts are governed by standard international trade laws and mutual arbitration protocols to ensure equitable partnership across global jurisdictions.
